Thank you Jeremiah! I have been through seven escrows in my life and never have I had an easier, more pleasant experience, than with Jeremiah. He took care of everything. This sale was an investment property, with tenants holding a lease that still had ten months. Jeremiah met with the tenants, arranged for showings, coordinated termite repair, etc., directly with them. I just kicked back and waited for his updates and the closing check $$$!
