This Paradise Pines lot is about two minutes to stores and amenities. It backs up the the old golf course green which is now a part of the Magalia Community Park. The course is very much actively used as a very popular 18 hole disc golf course now and the Magalia Community Center on the corner next to Izzy's (also part of the park) provides recreational and community activities and special events as well.
